Quality design continues after implementation
Revisit the structure and behavior of a working product. This is where Post Architecture begins.

Built does not mean understood
AI makes it faster to build screens and features. Understanding authenticated states, permissions, and connections between features still requires looking at the working product. The existence of code does not prove that a user can complete a goal.
Post Architecture is reopt QA’s approach to quality design after implementation: observe what exists, define the behavior the product should guarantee, and improve it using execution evidence.
Connect observed structure to intended behavior
Use the service map to inspect discovered pages and connections. Define important goals, such as completing a booking or changing account settings, as executable scenarios. The feature catalog and personas help describe which capabilities were checked under which user conditions.
A discovered checkout page and a working checkout are different findings. Clear assertions turn execution results into useful evidence.
Close a change with another check
After a fix, rerun under comparable conditions. If the environment, account, or test code changed, account for those differences. Review AI suggestions to ensure they preserve the intended assertions.
The result is an observed structure, verified flows, visible gaps, and evidence for the next improvement—not a claim that one score describes the entire product.
